4. Professional Services
When you engage E-Uni for professional services, additional service agreements may apply. Services commence upon receipt of project information and applicable payments. Revision rounds are limited to those specified in the service agreement. Final deliverables are released upon full payment.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on E-Uni — including course videos, eBooks, graphics, software, logos, and text — is owned by E-Uni or its licensors and is protected by international copyright and IP laws. Nothing herein grants you ownership of any E-Uni intellectual property.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use E-Uni to violate any laws, impersonate others, transmit spam or malware, interfere with platform infrastructure, gain unauthorized platform access, or use automated means to scrape content.

1. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of courses, eBooks, templates, and digital assets are generally final once content has been accessed or downloaded. We offer a 7-day refund window under these conditions:
- Less than 20% of the course content has been consumed.
- The product has not been downloaded (for downloadable assets).
- The request is submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- A valid reason is provided with the request.
Non-Refundable: Promotional or discounted purchases, bundle products where any item has been fully accessed, and downloaded digital assets are not eligible for refunds.

5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension. We are committed to resolving legitimate disputes fairly and promptly.
